Landver Lays Cornerstone for Housing for Elderly Olim
Published on: January 14, 2013A few days ago, Minister of Immigrant Absorption Sofa Landver laid the cornerstone for a new building complex in Rishon L’Tzion that will be allocated for older new immigrants – a population that is need of government housing.
The government approved of the construction of 4000 new housing units for older new immigrants in March 2012. Tel Aviv, Rishon L’Tzion, Ashdod, Kiriyat Ono, Haifa, Kfar Saba and Bat Yam are all seeing new construction for this important project.
All through the process of gaining government approval and beginning construction Minister Landver has had the support of Yisrael Beytenu Chair Avigdor Liberman and Prime Minister Netanyahu.
