Speaking during a tour of the Circassian village Rehaniya, in northern Israel, Lieberman said, “The silence of Arab Knesset members about what is happening in Syria is a real betrayal of the Arab nation, of the citizens of Syria and of Israel. These are the same MKs that who go wild over the demolition of every single illegal structure, but are silent when thousands of innocent civilians are murdered.”

He added, “Ahmed Tibi, who stood alongside Arafat and his colleagues during the negotiations between the Palestinian Authority and Israel, is a conspicuous example of the fact that Arab Knesset members do not care about the interests of the Arabs in Israel.”
