    Lieberman: Freeze to End on Time

    Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman spoke with his British counterpart William Hague and stressed that Israel's government will not extend the 10-month ban on Jewish construction in Judea and Samaria when it expires on September 26. According to Lieberman, the construction freeze was only an excuse for the Western-backed Palestinian Authority to thwart negotiations with Israel and that it was now the PA's turn to make a concession.(IsraelNationalNews)
