Foreign minister, Avigdor Lieberman, sets out to Brussels today. Lieberman will hold bilateral meetings in Brussels with ministers from European countries.

Minister Lieberman said that, "the countries of Europe must clarify to the Palestinians that renewed negotiations are the common interest of all parties....The Israeli government has expressed its willingness to conduct direct negotiations with the Palestinians since it began in office, and has made significant steps and gestures toward them, but we will not agree to a policy of blackmail as a condition for dialogue."
