(10-03-2009) Lieberman: Denuciations of Friedmann are Typical of Left-wing Macarthyism
Speaking on Radio Reshet Bet, Avigdor Lieberman said that Israel Beytenu had made enough concessions in order to allow for a stable coalition. Referring to the rejection of Prof. Daniel Friedmann as a candidate for Minister of Justice, Mr. Lieberman said that it was “left-wing Macarthyism”. According to Mr. Lieberman, Ehud Barak is using Daniel Friedmann as an excuse for not joining the coalition.
